1.) If we don't or can't fix it, you won't get charged. (you'd be surprised the stories we hear)
2.) If your not satisfied for any reason, call us up and we'll make it right. If we don't, we won't expect payment.
3.) We don't want you to feel stupid and we don't think you are.
OUR RATES AND FEES
No one sided support contracts and fair pricing. Our service rate is $65 dollars per hour for a minimum of 1 hour and then billed in half hour increments. We will always call before the charges go beyond $65.00. There is a $30 evaluation fee should you decide not to get the needed work done. If you do get the recommended work done, the evaluation fee will be waived. If we tell you that you would be better off buying something new then fixing the old, WE WILL NOT CHARGE ANYTHING if you do not fix it. We have full on site service for businesses and home users. We also have free delivery and basic installation if you buy one of our custom built PCs or servers.
MORE SUPPORT
We do NOT ship off our computers to someone else to fix them. WE service what we sell in house and in a timely manner. Not only that, but all of our computers come with a 1 year warranty which includes both parts and labor.
In summary, should you have any problems with something you buy from us, it won't be shipped to California to be fixed...sometime. It will be repaired in a timely manner right here in NorthWest IN where you can talk to the people who are fixing it face to face.
